  • Personal Information: Name, Email address, Phone number, and Business address provided during registration or inquiry.
  • Payment Information: We do NOT store your credit/debit card details. All financial transactions are processed through secure payment gateways (PhonePe, etc.) that adhere to PCI-DSS standards.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information to improve our software compatibility.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Process your software license activation and renewals.
  • Deliver web development services as per contract.
  • Send important notifications regarding system updates or downtime.
  • Respond to your customer support requests.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party payment gateways (like PhonePe) to process transactions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Namaya's website or purchasing our software/services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

  • Namaya Billbook: A GST billing and inventory management software provided on a SaaS (Software as a Service) basis.
  • Web Development: Custom website design and development services as per client requirements.

3. Usage & Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Share your license credentials with unauthorized third parties.

4. Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments must be made via accepted methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) via our payment partners.

5. Limitation of Liability

Namaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malda, West Bengal.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Software Subscriptions: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. However, cancellations made after the activation of the license key will not be eligible for a refund of that year's fee.
  • Web Services: Cancellation requests for web development projects must be made within 24 hours of booking/payment. Once the design work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Namaya Billbook (Software)

We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on the Annual License Fee (₹4,000) ONLY if there is a critical technical failure that our support team cannot resolve.

Note: The One-time Setup Fee (₹12,000) is strictly Non-Refundable as it covers manual server configuration and app deployment costs.

2. Web Development Services

Refunds are not applicable once the project has moved past the "Discovery/Planning" phase or if the design has been approved by the client.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment (Bank Account, UPI, or Card).
